Returns and Exchanges

We offer an exchange or return 40 days after the shipping date . 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Damaged and Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can correct the issue right away.

Refunds

Due to sanitary reasons, all merchandise must be returned in new in original packaging and in undamaged condition before we are able to provide a full refund.  Refunds are processed once the Merchandise has been returned to our Return Center in New Jersey. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

 (NOTE: Take into consideration refunds may take a few business days to process and it also depends on your bank or credit card company)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Support@esteblush.com

REFUND POLICY:

 Just a heads up, you are responsible for sending the item(s) back to us and shipping costs will be your responsibilty (Some exceptions apply).  Once we receive your item(s), it takes about 3-10 business days for the money to be credited to your account.  This processing time for your refund depends completely on your bank or credit card.  We Submit refunds immediately, after the item has been received.

SHIPPING:

Please keep in mind we process orders within 1-3 business days and it take anywhere from 7-20 business days for the shipping to arrive to you.  An email will be sent to you once your item(s) depart on their journey to you.

DUE TO COVID-19 SHIPPING TIMES MAY BE DELAYED

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

No free shipping on any international orders. (some exceptions apply)

Did you notice the sales tax charge on your receipt email? This is governed by the state that you live in.
